Michael Pruneau Produces!

In his first season as the starting signal caller, Plano West Senior QB, Michael Pruneau had a spectacular year. Pruneau ended the season with 201 completions on 347 attempts with 9 interceptions 26 TD’s and 3186 yards passing. Michael also took the Wolves into the first round of the class 5A Division 2 playoffs where they were defeated by, number 1 ranked, Cedar Hill. An excellent student as well, Pruneau has verbally committed to Harvard but his name has suddenly found it’s way onto many Division 1 recruiting boards. “Michael has come a long way, he has the tools to really contribute to a college program. Based on his progress this season, it is exciting to consider what he may develop into at the next level” said Mike Hughes, Plano West Head Coach. All indications point to Michael going to Harvard but as more options present themselves, he may have some tough decisions to make come National Signing Day.
